Self care calendar for teachers. It was what i needed to renew myself after a long and trying school year. It’s september and whether you’re starting school after labor day or you’ve been in school for a month, there’s no wrong time for helping your teachers take care of themselves. Set aside an extra 15 minutes than you normally.

Do at least 25 jumping jacks. By taking care of ourselves, we allow ourselves to be the parent, teacher, and/or spouse that we can be. Because june is all about recovery.

We have busy schedules and don’t always have time…but that just proves how important self care really is to our well being. One of the best self care tips for teachers is to spend time outside of school with your teacher friends. Sit down at the table for breakfast every morning.
Brain breaks and making friends. Take a moment in nature. Treat yourself to chips & salsa after school on a friday or coffee on a saturday morning.
