My work involves facilitating greater awareness, happiness, and purpose in life and work. I started the Centre for Applied Neuroscience Coaching after finishing my PhD in Neuroscience and Psychology and after becoming a certified yoga teacher. My work is based on the life-coaching approach, Neuropsychoidiology, which involves guiding people to draw awareness to how their brains and minds work by understanding thinking, emotional, and behavioural patterns. I also run a life-coaching certification course.
