It’s been awhile but we’ve got some great things to share. This update is a bit different to ones from 2009. We are adding a feature to our news which includes information from some of our neighbours in the area. No, we aren’t getting paid but we are trying to encourage people to participate in a healthier downtown core so this is one way to show your support – participate. Breakhouse is proud to present Haifax’s fourth PechaKucha Night on Tuesday, February 16 at the Seahorse Tavern, 7-10pm. Presentations begin at 20:20. The line up of 14 local presenters includes a fashion anomalist, a poem parser, a ring master, a social ecologist, a picture taker, a wee filmanthropist … and more! The cost is $6, with proceeds donated to Architecture for Humanity for their Haiti Relief efforts.
