How do we achieve our ideal life and career without succumbing to the pressures and stresses that come along with being part of the professional world? On Friday night the Hub presents the Halifax String Quartet. One of Nova Scotia’s premiere string ensembles, the HSQ is Lee Park and Jennifer Lau on violin, Jennifer Bentley on viola and Sarah Ramer on cello. This event will feature Canadian compositions and classical gems, including works by Debussy, Piazzolla, Morricone, Veltmeyer and Hansen, as well as jazz and tango pieces arranged exclusively for by HSQ’s own Jennifer Bentley.
